Your Rights & Responsibilities

1 Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly indicates otherwise:

• "Bonus Funds" — refers to promotional credits awarded by pka777 to a Member's Account that are subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Real Money Funds" — refers to PKR amounts deposited by a Member via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or other accepted payment methods, excluding bonus credits.
• "KYC" — refers to the Know Your Customer identity and age verification process that pka777 requires all Members to complete prior to processing withdrawals.
• "Agreement" — refers to these Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, collectively forming the complete legal agreement between pka777 and the Member.

Headings in this Agreement are for reference purposes only and shall not affect its interpretation. References to "including" are non-exhaustive. The singular includes the plural and vice versa where the context permits.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

By registering an account with pka777, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age. pka777 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all real-money gaming activity on the platform.
• You are registering voluntarily and of your own free will, and you are not subject to any self-exclusion order, court order, or legal prohibition that would prevent you from participating in online gaming.
• You are registering as an individual on your own behalf and not as a representative of any third party or organisation.
• The personal information you provide at registration — including your full name, date of birth, address, and contact details — is accurate, complete, and truthful.
• You have not previously held an account with pka777 that was closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

pka777 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason for such a decision. Registration of an Account does not constitute an entitlement to use the platform's services until all required verifications have been completed to pka777's satisfaction.

3 Account Security & Verification

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pka777 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. pka777 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

You agree to notify pka777 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account or any compromise of your login credentials. pka777 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

KYC Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal request, pka777 requires all Members to complete a KYC verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (e.g., CNIC, passport, or driver's licence)
• Proof of residential address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account registered to your name)

pka777 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and, where necessary, place an Account under review pending completion of KYC. Any documents submitted are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on pka777 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pka777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the payment methods listed on the platform at any given time, which currently include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, USDT TRC20 (Crypto), and Retail Cash Deposit.

Deposits: Deposits are processed in real time or as near to real time as the relevant payment provider's infrastructure permits. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. pka777 does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Member's Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is approved.
• The withdrawal method must correspond to a payment method previously used for a deposit into the same Account, where technically feasible.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply as displayed on the platform.
• Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• pka777 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal at its discretion.

pka777 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request back to your Account balance if the request does not meet the required conditions or if verification is outstanding. You will be notified via your registered contact details in such circumstances.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

pka777 may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and other incentives to Members from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, which form part of this Agreement by reference. In the event of any conflict between the general terms in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all pka777 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonus Funds are credited to the Bonus balance of your Account and are separate from Real Money Funds.
• Each promotion is available to eligible Members only. pka777 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the time period specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements after expiry will be forfeited.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, household address, IP address, email address, phone number, or shared payment method.
• pka777 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any amendments do not prejudice Members who have already begun wagering under the original promotion terms.
• Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including through the use of multiple Accounts, third-party funding, or coordinated wagering strategies — will result in the forfeiture of bonus balances and may result in Account suspension.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

Each game category is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the relevant game interface. By participating in any game on pka777, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pka777 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting any third party in doing so.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any coordinated strategy designed to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.

• Allowing any third party to access or operate your Account, whether for financial gain or otherwise.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pka777 platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any software forming part of the platform.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice appearing on the platform.

Any unauthorised use of pka777's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pka777 and its officers, directors, employees, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to any Member or third party for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the pka777 platform.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, whether arising from contract, tort, or otherwise.
• Any losses resulting from a temporary interruption of service, server downtime, technical failure, or network disruption beyond pka777's reasonable control.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information or content displayed on the platform that contains errors or omissions.

Nothing in this Agreement limits pka777's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data Use

pka777 collects, processes, and stores personal data from Members in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account with pka777, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, pka777 may collect and use your personal data to:

• Verify your identity and age in accordance with KYC requirements.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions in PKR.
• Provide customer support and respond to Account queries.
• Send promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them.
• Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations, including anti-money laundering requirements.

12 Amendments & Termination

Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.

Termination by Member: You may close your pka777 Account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Account closure will be processed subject to completion of any pending transactions, outstanding KYC verification, and the withdrawal of any eligible Real Money balance.

Termination by pka777: pka777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, withhold balances, and cancel pending transactions where:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• pka777 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct.
• The Member has provided false or misleading information at any point.
• Continued provision of services to the Member would expose pka777 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

This Agreement and all matters arising from your use of the pka777 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under pka777's international gaming licence framework. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute between you and pka777, you agree to first contact our support team at [email protected] and allow pka777 a reasonable period — no less than fourteen (14) calendar days — to resolve the matter informally before escalating to any formal dispute resolution process.

pka777's decision on all gaming disputes — including bet settlement, bonus eligibility, and technical malfunction claims — shall be final and binding, except where a decision is found to be manifestly unreasonable. All disputes must be raised within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute; claims submitted outside this period may not be considered.
